In fact, you decide what categories you wish to track and who "owns" the asset. The asset tracker application lets you enter the asset name, description, location, and even photographs.

Once the assets are entered in the Tracking System by designated administrative personnel, your employees can reserve assets, which must be returned physically AND electronically when promised. If an asset is not returned by a promised date, the asset's owner and other designated personnel will be notified by email for follow-up.
